A standard residential tank is three to five hours including the refill. We schedule around your water use and tell you when supply will be interrupted.

Only while the tank is drained and cleaned. We agree the window with you first, and we can work early morning or overnight for buildings.

For a salon, a shop or a building, yes — issued with the job report. For a villa we leave a dated sticker on the tank instead: the date it was cleaned and the date we are booked to return, where anyone can see it without asking us for a copy.

There is no legal frequency we can point you to, and we explain why on our water tank guide. What we can tell you is what we see: most residential tanks are due every six to twelve months, and buildings with higher occupancy sooner. An inspection tells you where yours is.

Standard residential, for a single tank at a villa or an apartment: From AED 525. The figure moves with the size of the tank and the number of tanks. Large and multiple tanks, compounds and commercial buildings are quoted, because the work varies too much for one number. You have the exact figure in writing before anyone starts, and every published price is on our prices page.

The tank is drained and taken out of supply before anyone goes in, and the sediment at the bottom is removed. Walls, floor and ceiling are scrubbed by hand, because sediment does not rinse out. The tank is then sanitised and flushed until the water runs clear, refilled, and put back into supply. We photograph the inside before we touch anything and again when it is finished, and on a large or multiple-tank job the pipework is flushed too, where it can be reached.

Yes. Multi-tank buildings are routine work for us, and so are villas and compounds. Each tank gets everything in the standard clean, and we can schedule out of hours on request, so residents and tenants are not left without water in the middle of the day. Buildings, compounds and commercial premises are quoted.

Yes. Abu Dhabi is on regular scheduled runs, with capacity for multi-tank buildings; Sharjah has long-standing coverage; and Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are served on scheduled runs rather than same-week. The published prices do not change by emirate. Our Dubai Municipality permit is for water tank cleaning in Dubai, and we do not claim it anywhere else. Dubai is usually same week and often next day, and longer through July and August, when demand is at its peak. A quote on WhatsApp comes back within an hour in office hours — Monday to Saturday, 9 to 6 — and a message sent outside them is answered the next working day.

Photographs of the inside of the tank before we touched it and after it was finished, taken from the same position, with a list of what we found and the date, the address and the technicians who did the work. It reaches you within 72 hours and it is yours to keep. What a full report looks like is on our job report page.

It goes in the report with a photograph. If we find something that is not part of the job you booked — a leak, a failing part — we tell you what it would take to put right, and whether you do anything about it is your decision.

Our own trained technicians — every technician who works on your tank is an iPurity employee. We carry business insurance covering third-party liability and property damage, and the certificate is available on request.

Yes. AC duct cleaning is our other main service, and booking both together saves a second visit. It is priced separately.
