How the job runs
Four stages, in this order.
Most of the difference between a good finish and a poor one happens before any colour goes on the wall.
Inspection and colour
We look at the surfaces, agree the colours, and put the paint brand and finish in writing on the quotation.
Protection
Floors, furniture and fittings sheeted and taped before anything is opened.
Preparation
Cracks filled, surfaces sanded, repairs made. This is the stage that decides how the wall looks in two years.
Primer and coats
Primer, then two finish coats, each given its proper drying time.
Materials
The paint is named on your quotation.
Jotun, Dulux or Nippon, with the finish and the number of coats written down before you agree to anything. If you want a specific product or a colour matched to something you already have, tell us and we will price it.
The last stage is the one people remember. Sheeting comes up, edges are checked, and the room is cleaned before we leave it. A finished job means a room you can use that evening.

Asked before every booking.
How long does a room take?
A standard bedroom is usually a day, including preparation and two coats. A full apartment depends on the number of rooms and whether it is occupied — we give you the schedule with the quotation.
Do we have to move out?
Rarely. We work room by room in occupied properties and seal off the area we are in. Full-property repaints are quicker if the place is empty, and we will say so if it makes a real difference.
Do you fix cracks and damage first?
Yes, filling and sanding are part of the price, not an extra. Structural damage is different — we will show you and quote it separately rather than paint over it.
Can you match an existing colour?
Yes. Bring us a chip, a tin, or send a photograph of the wall and we will match it before we start.
What does it cost?
Interior painting: From AED 800. The figure moves with the area and its condition, and exterior painting is not a service we offer. Every published price is on our prices page, and everything else we do is on our services page.
