What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, your mobile number, the emirate and area you are in, and the service you asked about. With it we note the service and emirate of the page you were reading, and the campaign tags of the link that brought you here, if it had any; your browser holds these for this visit only and sends them with nothing but the enquiry you send. If you send a photograph of your system, we keep it with the enquiry. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To quote for the work you asked about, to schedule it, and to carry it out. That is the whole purpose. Answering your enquiry does not require your consent — it is what you contacted us for.
Marketing consent
Sending you anything beyond the job you asked about does require your consent, and we record it separately: what you agreed to, on what date, and on which page. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message, and that is the end of it — it does not affect work already booked.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys it, and we do not sell it. It is handled by the companies that run the things this business runs on: Hostinger, where the site and the enquiry records are hosted (servers in Mumbai); Meta, whose WhatsApp carries messages between you and us — we answer them in the WhatsApp Business app, under WhatsApp’s own terms, and no other company handles them; Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website and measures how quickly our pages load for visitors — page-load timings only, with no identifier and no cookie, on our legitimate interest in keeping the site fast; and Google, for website statistics — only if you accept them, as our cookie policy explains. Each of them handles it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
Our technicians see your name, address and what you asked for, because they cannot do the work otherwise.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details — your name, number, area and what you asked about — are kept for 24 months from the last time we heard from you, then deleted.
Invoices and customer records are kept for seven years, because UAE tax and commercial law requires it. That is a legal obligation rather than a choice, and it applies whether or not you ask us to delete anything else.
A marketing consent is kept while it stands, and for 24 months after you withdraw it — the record that you once agreed is the only proof we were entitled to message you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message or write to us at the details below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
