The cost of a year’s cover is on this page, in numbers, the same as everything else we do. You will know what it comes to before you speak to anyone.
Why this exists
Most of the AC faults we are called out to
are not faults yet.
When someone calls us in August because a unit is weak, smells, or drips, the honest answer is usually the same one: the ducts have never been cleaned, so this will happen again next summer. A contract is what that sentence looks like when you act on it.
What a contract is. More visits at a lower cost per visit — scheduled work costs us less to run than emergency work, and that saving is passed on.

What a year looks like
Booked once. Then we come to you.
You are not remembering to call us. The dates are set when you sign, and we confirm the week before each visit.
Before the heat
Full duct clean while the system is still light. This is the visit that decides how the summer goes.
Filters and grilles
Washed, refitted and photographed — the parts that clog first. Three times across the year on Essential, twice on Complete.
The FCU
On Complete, the fan coil unit is stripped and deep cleaned — the half of the system a duct clean does not reach.
Water tank
On Complete, scheduled where it suits you — certificate or sticker on completion.
The visits are photographed like any other job. Over a contract that becomes something more useful than a receipt: the same grille, the same angle, year after year. You can see whether it is improving or not, year on year.

Floors and furniture sheeted before a vent is opened.
STEP 2Every vent comes down
Removed, not wiped in place.
STEP 3Parts washed, ducts cleaned
Coils, trays and ducts sanitised.
STEP 4Refitted, and photographed
Your report follows within 72 hours.

Asked before every booking.
Is a contract cheaper than booking each time?
Yes, per visit. Scheduled work costs us less to run than emergency work, and that difference is what the contract reflects.
What if I sell the property or move?
They transfer — to your new address, or to the person buying the property, whichever you prefer. Extra units at the new address are charged at the usual rate.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. It is paid when you sign, and if that is awkward we can split it across two or three payments. We do not do monthly billing.
Can I cancel part-way through the year?
Yes. The terms are set out in the contract you sign, so you can read them before you commit rather than after.
What happens if something breaks between visits?
Call us and we come out. There is no call-out charge on any contract — that is the main reason to have one. Parts, materials, refrigerant and repair work are quoted and charged separately.
Is the water tank included?
In Home — Complete, yes: one water tank clean a year, alongside the AC work at every service.
