Kitchen hood & duct cleaning · commercial

Grease in an extraction duct
is a fire waiting for a spark.

Why the ductwork matters more than the hood

The part you can see
is the part that is easiest to keep clean.

Grease carries past the filters and cools along the duct run, where nobody looks and nothing wipes it away. That is where deposits build, and it is the length of the run that decides how a fire travels.

Which is why the report is per section. You get photographs of the duct at each access point, before and after, so the record shows the whole run rather than the first metre of it.

Most common
01

Restaurants & cafés

Worked overnight or between services, so the kitchen opens on schedule.

Typically quarterly on the hood, annually on the full run
02

Hotels & catering

Multiple kitchens on one site, scheduled together with one record per kitchen.

Out-of-hours access · single invoice for the property
03

Production units

Food production and staff canteens, where the extraction run is long and largely hidden.

Booked more than once a year?

An annual contract costs less per visit.

Visits set at the start of the year, before and after summer, at a lower price per visit than booking each time. Published on its own page, in numbers.

Our guarantee

A job is finished when you say it is.

Not when the team packs up. We stay until you have seen the work and you are satisfied with it — and every job stays covered for a month after we leave.

Common questions

Asked before every booking.

How often should a commercial kitchen be cleaned?

It depends on what you cook and for how many hours. Heavy frying builds deposits far faster than a sandwich kitchen. We will tell you the interval for your kitchen after the first visit, based on what we actually find in your ductwork.

Can you work without closing the kitchen?

Yes. Most of our kitchen work runs overnight or between services. We agree the window before we quote, so the price already reflects it. Hotels, restaurants and managed buildings are covered on our corporate services page.

Do you provide documentation for inspections?

Yes — photographs per section, before and after, with the date and what was cleaned. It is the same photo-report method we use on every other service.

What if the ductwork has no access panels?

We will tell you where a run cannot be reached and what fitting access would involve. We would rather show you an unreachable section than clean the reachable part and call the system done.

They cleaned both my ACs and my water tank. After their service my house and water was actually clean, I could breathe so much better.
