Wiping a surface cleans that surface. Dry fogging disperses the agent as micro-particles that settle everywhere air goes — behind cabinets, into upholstery, along ceilings and through ductwork.

Do we need to leave the property?
For the treatment itself, yes — the rooms are closed while fogging runs. It is a matter of hours, and the agents are dry and non-corrosive, so you return to a room that needs no wiping down.
Is it safe around children and pets?
The agents are biodegradable and non-toxic once settled. We will tell you the re-entry time for your property before we start, and we do not begin until you have it.
Is this the same as AC duct cleaning?
No, and one does not replace the other. Fogging treats the air and the surfaces it settles on. Dust and debris inside ductwork have to be physically removed, which is a separate visit.
Can you treat an office without stopping work?
Yes. Most commercial treatments run in the evening or over a weekend, and the space is ready for the next working day.
