What makes it deep
A regular clean tidies a surface.
This one takes things apart.
Extractor filters out and degreased. Cupboards emptied and wiped inside. Grout and silicone treated rather than wiped over. Door and window tracks cleared of the sand that wears the runners.
Most people book this at a handover, a move-in, or once a year. If you are moving in, it is worth doing before the furniture arrives — the same visit costs less and reaches more.

How is it priced?
By the size of the property and its condition, agreed in writing before we start. Send a few photographs on WhatsApp and we will price it without a site visit in most cases.
How long does it take?
A one-bedroom apartment is usually most of a day. A villa is a team and a full day, sometimes two. We give you the window with the quotation.
Do you bring everything?
Yes — equipment, materials and our own team. Nothing needs to be provided, and we do not use anything already in the property.
Can you do it out of hours for an office?
Yes, and for most commercial work we assume we will. Evening and weekend scheduling is priced in rather than added on.
Does it include the AC ducts?
No — ductwork is a separate visit with different equipment. If you want both, booking them together saves a second appointment.
