Asked before every booking.
Do you clean the outside of high-rise apartments?
Where access allows it safely, yes — by pole from a balcony, or by rope where the building permits it. If it cannot be done safely, we will tell you that rather than take the job.
Why do windows go dusty again so quickly here?
Because the dust is airborne and constant, not because the clean failed. Most Dubai homes settle on a quarterly interval; we will tell you what we think yours needs and leave the decision with you.
Do you clean the frames and tracks?
Yes, both are included. Sand in the tracks is what wears the runners, so clearing it matters more than the glass does.
Do you need access to the building roof?
Only for roped work, and only with the building's approval. We handle the request with the management office and send you what they issue.
What does it cost?
Apartments: From AED 250. Villas and high-level work: From AED 800. The figure moves with the number of windows and how they are reached. Every published price is on our prices page, and everything else we do is on our services page.
