Two published starting prices. Standard, for apartments of one to three bedrooms: From AED 525per AC unit. Deep Clean+, for villas and larger apartments: From AED 750per AC unit. What moves the figure is the size of the property and the number of units, and an access panel, where one has to be fitted, is + AED 250. Standard cleans the path the air takes: every supply and return duct, the grilles and diffusers taken down and washed, and the accessible ductwork sanitised. Deep Clean+ adds the parts inside the unit — the coil, the filters and the drainage tray — then antibacterial fogging, and an indoor air-quality reading taken before and after, so the difference is a number on your report. Both come with the before-and-after photo report within 72 hours.

Yes, for cleaning. If you are asking about AC duct or water tank cleaning, the assessment costs nothing — we come, we look, we quote. The AED 100 fee is for a maintenance or repair diagnosis, where someone has to find a fault, and it is adjusted against the invoice if you go ahead.

It arrives within 72 hours as a PDF on WhatsApp or by email, and it is yours to keep — for a landlord or a building manager too.

Our own trained technicians — every technician on site is an iPurity employee. We carry business insurance covering third-party liability and property damage, and the certificate is available on request.
