The report

Every job leaves a written record.

Photographs of what was inside your system before we started, the same surfaces after, and a note of anything we found that you ought to know about.

It reaches you within 72 hours of the visit and it is yours to keep — for your own records, for a landlord, or for a building manager who needs to see that the work was done.

What is in it

Four things, every time.

The same four, whether the job was one apartment or a building. A report that changes shape from job to job is not a record, it is a summary.

Photographs of every surface we opened, taken before anything was touched — then the same surfaces, from the same position, once we had finished. A list of what we found. And the date, the address and the technicians who did the work.

Common questions

Asked about the report.

When does it arrive?

Within 72 hours of the visit, for AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning and every other service we do. If the job runs over more than one day, you get one report covering all of it rather than a part each time.

What format is it in?

A PDF, sent on WhatsApp or by email — whichever you used to book. It opens on a phone and it prints on one side of A4 if you need it on paper.

Can I give it to my landlord or building manager?

Yes. It is yours. It carries the date, the address and what was done, which is usually what a building office is asking for.

What if the report shows something you did not fix?

Then it says so. If we find a fault that is not part of the job you booked — a failing part, a leak, insulation coming away — it goes in the report with a photograph, and we tell you what it would take to put right. Whether you do anything about it is your decision.

Do you keep a copy?

Yes, so that next year's visit can be compared against this one. That is the part that gets useful over time: the same grille, the same angle, a year apart.
