The best time to clean an AC system in the UAE is before the heat
April and May. The system is still light, the work is not competing with a breakdown, and whatever is found has time to be fixed before it matters.
Every August we are called by people whose AC has been struggling since June. Almost none of it was an emergency in April.
Why the timing matters
Because in August the same job is a different job.
A system that is dirty in April is a system running at reduced airflow through the hottest months, compensating by running longer. By August the same clean is being done on a unit that has been under load for three months, in a week where every contractor in the city is booked.
It is the same work either way. What changes is whether it happens on your schedule or on the day the cooling gives up.

What a contract does about it
It removes the remembering.
The dates are set when you sign and we confirm the week before each visit. The deep clean lands before the heat because that is when it is scheduled, not because anyone thought of it in time.
There is no call-out charge on any contract — which is the part that matters in July, when the thing you need is somebody to come and look.

Asked about timing.
Is it too late to book in June?
No. It is busier and the lead time is longer, which is the only difference. We would rather do it in June than not at all.
How long before summer should I book?
April and May are the window. Booking in March is fine and gets you the date you want.
Does the tank need doing at the same time?
It does not have to be. Tanks are usually scheduled where it suits you, and on a Complete contract the tank clean is included.
What if something is found?
It goes in the report with a photograph and a price to put it right. Finding it in April is the entire point of doing it in April.
